All messages express the views of the author, and neither the owners of Ecommerce Arena Forum, nor Jelsoft Enterprises Ltd. (developers of vBulletin) will be held responsible for the content of any message.

By agreeing to these rules, you warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise violative of any laws.

The owners of Ecommerce Arena Forum reserve the right to remove, edit, move or close any thread for any reason.

Participation Indicates Agreement With These Rules Of Conduct

In using the Ecommerce Arena Forums, you agree to be bound by the following rules and conditions. You also agree that the information you provide when you join is accurate. If you do not agree with these terms, you should not register or participate in the Ecommerce Arena Forums.

General Rules
-While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Our decision is final in these matters. If you would like to discuss a decision made by the moderation team, please send them a PM.

-Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such.

-Spamming and trolling is not allowed. This includes using the forum email and Private message system to spam other members. If you receive spams through Ecommerce Arena email and/or PM system, please forward it to info at EcommerceArena.com (please also forward the header of the message). We have an agreement to stop spamming at Ecommerce Arena with our hosting company and we will take legal action to stop spamming at our site.

- Forum spamming is not allowed! If you have an ecommerce store, or an auction site that you would like to get the word out about then please do so in the appropriate forum. Please refrain from multiple repetative posts. Community members that violate these conditions are subject to immediate post removal!

-We do not allow posts, avatars, signature links, and profile URL's that are sexual in nature or violate Ecommerce Arena community standards. The Ecommerce Arena Team shall be the sole arbitrator of what does and what does not violate community standards.

-Discussion of illegal activities such as software and music piracy and other intellectual property violations are not allowed.

-Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. Please contact us if you like us to delete your previous account(s).

-We reserve the right to edit, lock, remove or otherwise modify offensive posts without notice.

-We also reserve the right to ban anyone who willfully violates the forum rules.

-Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
